We open our doors to everyone from 5 years, teenagers, elderly people and the physically disadvantaged.
Whether you are a complete beginner or an existing martial artist, you will experience a friendly club atmosphere.

6.00pm -7.00pm Junior Novice, White and Yellow Belts
7.00pm - 8.00pm Junior Orange belts and above
8.00pm - 9.00pm Intermediates & Adults
